What happens to your documents.
Flagtail stores and processes your agreements using established US-based providers for cloud storage and AI.
Stored privately.
Your files are kept in private storage that only Flagtail itself can read, and they are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Read by AI, not used to train it.
To read an agreement, Flagtail sends its text to AI providers. We only use providers whose terms say they don't train their models on your documents, with the shortest retention they offer.
Sensitive numbers stay in the original.
Flagtail pulls out business terms: amounts, dates and notice details. It never copies passwords, account numbers or similar details into its records.
Deleted when you say so.
Remove a single document or your whole account. Deleting removes the files and the details read from them.
Who can see it.
One account per business.
Your account belongs to your business, not to Flagtail and not to any one person.
Access you grant and revoke.
Invite the people who need to see your agreements. Remove them at any time, and their access ends right away.
Two-step sign-in.
Every user signs in with a password and a second step, so a stolen password alone doesn't open your account.
